LAKE ANNA - VA

Lake Anna is a 13,000 acre reservoir in central VA built for cooling a nuclear power plant. The lake is split into the "hot" or private side and the "cold" or public side. These sections of the lake are not accessible to each other and all FOBA tournaments take place on the 9,000 acre public side. Despite its reputation as a challenging fishery, Lake Anna can produce good results and large fish. The largest bass of the year often come from Lake Anna.
